oktober fest :)

 One day there was German Beer fes called Oktober Fest. If I were in Germany, must be amazing more than here... :)
In Yokohama in front of red block warehouse. Yokohama is not Tokyo. It's the one of my favorite places.

Things people made

I've been busy with study and work. Today It's Saturday and rainy day ;) so Im going to show you  the photos I took these days.
First, i wanna let you show the things people made. these are my favorite

 this picture made by classical japanese paper called Washi. my grandma made it. she've doing this over 6 years.. She's always make flower or the view somewhere in japan, though this time somehow It was like Weston picture.

 one day I had lunch with my mom. yummy :)

 got clothe and I made tow pillow cases:)

one day my nails lol 

 I looooooove this "Apple paste" It's like jam but not too sweet. good for yogurt

the mushrooms my mom got in Fukushima Aizu... I wonder whether I have to write where its taken because of some reasons. though I hope that's totally fine because my mom took!

Of course in japan there are still a danger of radiation you know.. though even in Fukushima they have place that is dangerous but some are not. indeed there's a risk that children eat food from Fukushima. but all of them are not dangerous. please don't have bias. all what we eat is safe. and Im going to support farmers in japan. Love japanese food :-*

Another day of Yoga

Last time I went to yoga on the beach. and I pretty liked it..
I came there again and got water in :) Even in the end of Sep, that was sooooo nice and warm. I didn't yoga physically but do mentally. Just concentrate where I am and what I hear and feel. windy, wave and birds and small people chatting. I could feel I was living.

Beautiful Yoga day

こんにちは。
この日はとても晴れていて、暑い1日でした。
あさから、私の学校のヨガサークルで一色海岸へヨガをしに行きました。
いつも室内でやるときは、自分の内に集中していくのですが今日は素晴らしい自然に囲まれているのでとても解放的でした。
that day, as you can see from photos, was really shiny day. we were going to Yoga at beach out of Tokyo! usually we concentrate with own inside, tough today we were surrounded such a beautiful nature so that our consciousness were going to be outside.

先生は、おなじみの素敵なともさん。とても親しみやすく目黒のsan&moonでも教えています。
Our yoga teacher Tomo! She's filled with kindness. we do like her! kawaii :)

つい気持ちがよくて、かなりスローなスタート。
そして、90分くらいヨガをやり、ヨガの後とてもよい景色なので撮影会が始まりました。笑
お気に入りのショット。ともさんからポーズのお直ししてもらってビジュアル的には良い出来栄え。

Tree Asana

ヨガには不思議な力があります。
不思議というより、私たちが失いかけている当り前なものかもしれない。
ヨガをして自然と調和して、大地からパワーをもらってとても気持ちが晴れやかになる。
時には過ちを犯すけれど、それも人間。
本当の自分を見つめていき、それを受け止めながら生きていく。
そしたら本当に幸せなものが見つかるんじゃないかと信じてる。
yoga has power. its not strange anything. this may be just we've forgot
through Yoga, we feel we're living with nature and get power from ground. that makes us clean.
we make a mistake because we are just human
we make sure who and what we are and we understand them
I believe we can find true happiness after we do

自分と向き合うと嫌なことも良いこともでてくる、それを受け止めて浄化していくことで自分が悩んでいること苦しんでいること、前世から受け継いだ性格なんかもかえられることができるんだって。
ヨガは体を動かすだけじゃなく、心も動かしてくれる。瞑想もその一種。
私はいつも同じ過ちを犯し、変わりたい変わりたいと思っている自分にいら立っていました。
でも自分を根本から変えたいと思ったらまず自分自身と向き合うことそしてかえられる可能性だってあることを知りました。
ヴィパッサナー
ヨガの先輩が今10日間の修行に出ていますが、どのような体験をしてくるのか楽しみです。
10日間瞑想して自分自身と向き合う。しゃべらず、目を合わせず、人とかかわらない。
私も次の休みにやろうと思います。
絶対つらいだろうな・・・・・
I look at myself and find good and bad. receive it and be circulated it. that could be changed us.
yoga can not only change our body but our heart. Meditation is one of the Yoga.
I always I want to change my mind because I shame and suffer from things that's same every time. thats really stupid to do same shame again and again...
Though knew I could change when I looked at myself.
"Vipassana" thats one of yoga and looking at myself not to seeing people, getting eye contact and not to relating with people for 10 days. just relate to myself.
my yoga friend went to experience it. I will do it next vacation
must be hard i know....

最近部屋をコーディネートしようといくつかの素敵な部屋を探しました。
日本でこんなカーテンや小物を探すと大変なお値段になりそうですね。
いつか海外に住む際は、こんなお部屋にしたいです。

These days, Ive thought I tried to organize my room because my room was really messy
and I found some nice room photos
If Im gonna buy these stuffs, i have to say good bye to my money...
in the future, I hope i live not in japan and find something cute cheaper! haha

 すごく落ち着いていて、ソファーのおきどころを参考にしたい部屋。ピンクは一切ないけれど、手前にある花が、あらぴんく。笑 

It looks simple. I like that where sofa is. and also a flower  

 

ドアの花のシールがかわいすぎる。なんかこんな部屋で生活したら現実離れしそう。シャンデリアとかかわいすぎ。でも私の部屋は水色にできません。笑

Sunday morning

Hi I woke up 9 this morning
and i went down a step.. and I was talking with my granma...
that was so nice to start a day :)

i write essay and prepare for presentation.. with nice musics

i dont have big news honestly... I can feel small happiness every single day Tho

listening nice musics
thinking of sth alone
silence night
talking with my granma
drinking with my friends
saying things what ive wanted to say
thinking up new ideas
sharing sth w lover

Happy Yoga

I do Yoga in my University.
28th May 2011, we held yoga event for everyone from kids to elders.
The day is rainy. although its getting heavy, many people came to do yoga.

yoga for a woman and kids 

yoga for powful elder :)

Yoga for Big family!!! 

I felt human power, kindness, connection and happiness.
Everyone felt good after they did yoga and also we felt so.
